Ji Xiangfeng Vice Mayor
Ji Xiangfeng, male, Han nationality, born in Oct. 1971, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree in engineering. Ji currently serves as member of the Party Leadership Group and vice mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government.
Responsibilities
Ji is responsible for work related to ethnic and religious affairs, civil affairs, ecology and environment, water resources, agriculture and rural affairs, rural revitalization, ocean development, market supervision, government offices affairs and disabled persons’ affairs.
Ji oversees Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Municipal Bureau of Water Resources, Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Municipal Bureau of Rural Revitalization), Municipal Bureau of Ocean Development, Municipal Administration for Market Supervision, and Marine Management Office.
Ji is in charge of liaison with Office of the Leading Group for Rural Affairs of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee, Committee for Organizations Directly under the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee, Xiamen Municipal Administration of Government Offices, Xiamen Federation of People with Disabilities, Xiamen Meteorological Bureau, Xiamen Hydrology Bureau, Third Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Xiamen Marine Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and Xiang 'an District.
