Huang Yantian Vice Mayor
Huang Yantian, male, Han nationality, born in Aug.1966, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree in economics, CPA. Huang currently serves as member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and vice mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government.
Responsibilities
Huang is responsible for work related to transportation, foreign economic and trade, commercial and domestic trade, port coordination, veteran affairs, military-civilian mutual support, port, new airport construction, rail transit construction and operation.
Huang oversees Municipal Bureau of Transport, Municipal Bureau of Commerce (Port Administration Office), Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs (Military-Civilian Mutual Support Office), Xiamen Port Authority, Metro Office, and Airport Management Committee.
Huang is in charge of liaison with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Xiamen Committee, Xiamen Customs, Xiamen General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection, Xiamen Maritime Safety Administration, other port authorities, Special Commissioner Office of the Ministry of Commerce in Fuzhou, Xiamen Safety Supervision and Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Xiamen Air Traffic Control Station of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Xiamen Municipal Postal Administration, Donghai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport (Xiamen Base) , Donghai No.2 Flying Service of the Ministry of Transport, airport, aviation, railway departments, Xiamen Airlines, PLA troops stationed in Xiamen, Xiamen Detachment of the Armed Police, petroleum companies, and Huli District.
