Zhang Zhihong Vice Mayor
Zhang Zhihong, female, Han nationality, born in Sep. 1966, member of China Zhi Gong Party, a postgraduate, holds a master's degree in engineering. Zhang currently serves as vice mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government, vice chairman of Fujian Provincial Committee of China Zhi Gong Party(concurrent post) ,chairman of the Xiamen Municipal Committee of China Zhi Gong Party.
Responsibilities
Zhang is responsible for natural resources and planning, construction, public facilities and landscaping, urban administrative and law enforcement, forestry, housing security and housing administration.
Zhang oversees Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Municipal Bureau of Construction, Municipal Bureau of Public Facilities and Landscaping, Municipal Bureau of Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement, and Municipal Bureau of Housing Security and Housing Administration.
Zhang is in charge of liaison with Office of Civic Enhancement of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and Siming District.
